Yes. Guests are welcome to bring a small cooler for snacks and drinks (try to avoid glass please). We have a cooler on board as well (please notify us ahead of time so we may provide ice packs for this cooler).

Yes. There are coastguard approved vests in youth and adult sizes on board. They are the orange safety vests.
Up to 6 passengers are allowed, all ages welcome.
Yes, they do. The United States Coast Guard considers every person a passenger except for the Captain and crew member. Children under the age of 13 must wear a USCG-approved Type I PFD (life jacket) which we will provide for you during the charter. Children require supervision by parent(s) or guardian at all times while on the boat
Please dress to be comfortable in the current weather conditions. It always seems to feel 10 degrees cooler out on the water. For safety reasons we ask that you wear soft-soled shoes - we ask no boots or high heels or clogs. The captain may ask you to remove your shoes aboard the boat, if they feel it poses a safety concern. A camera is a must-have item! Towels (if you want to swim), Sunscreen, Please NO SPRAY SUNSCREEN, hats, binoculars are always a good idea. You are allowed to bring any food or beverage you would like on board.
If something comes up and you need to reschedule or cancel your trip, we understand but ask that we have enough time to fill your time slot. Therefore you will receive a full refund if you give us at least 48-hours notice. If you cancel within the 48-hour window we may only refund half of the charter.
Gratuity is not included in the price, and is not required, but greatly appreciated. If you enjoyed your experience, and felt we performed above average in serving you, feel free to tip. Any Gratuity is at the sole discretion of our clients.
Yes, there is a restroom onboard.
